I love it when I can find a store that carries not just one thing I like, or a couple of things that are interesting . . . but ALL of their stuff makes me want to take it home with me. Crib Creation is the latest store to do just that. Owner of Crib Creation - Melanie - says she loves all things "baby" and hopes to carry a little bit of everything in her store. We had the privilege of reviewing one of her bibs and one of her burp cloths. Since Weston is just now a couple of weeks old, we have had plenty of opportunity to use both. Although we are primarily breastfeeding, we supplement with bottles when I am utterly exhausted or just don't seem to have enough milk to satisfy Weston. I hate that so many of our bibs are stained beyond redemption. But with this adorable bib, you don't have to worry about that. Not too long ago, I told you about my experience with Tropical Traditions organic coconut oil . Tropical Traditions was gracious enough to giveaway a bottle of that oil to one of the MelissaStuff readers. Recently, they offered to send me their palm shortening to try out. I love to bake so I was all about that offer. I was surprised when the “sample” arrived and it was a 1 gallon pail of shortening. I’m pretty sure that’s enough to make cookies for the next decade or so! Fair warning – when you go to use this for the first time, know that it will be difficult to get the lid off and if you aren’t particularly handy, you might want to have someone else around to help you. I didn’t and it took me about ten minutes, several different tools, and even breaking the tip off of an industrial file before I could get it. Organic Detergent? {Giveaway}

So technically, I don’t think this detergent is actually organic, but it is non-toxic and environmentally safe. Can you say that for your detergent? This product was a surprise to me. I’m not picky about my detergent, but the only thing I do care about is how my detergent smells. Before I used Tropical Traditions Powdered Laundry Detergent I was concerned that it would have a chemical smell or worse the clothes would end up not smelling clean. But it smells GREAT without having any specific scent to it . . . it just smells clean .
